The pilot lasts up to three months. To keep going, you move to Team or Enterprise. Nothing is charged unless you sign up to a plan.

Your people, courses and completion records carry over when you move to Team or Enterprise.

No. Team and Enterprise are billed yearly, in advance.

Team suits teams of 10 to about 125 employees. From around 125 employees, Enterprise costs less, starting at $15,000 a year for 250 employees, and adds Studio for 10 authors, help setting up single sign-on and a supported rollout.

Yes. Added seats are charged for the rest of the year only, from the day they are added.

You choose the number of seats for the year. A seat is a named employee with learning access. Pending invitations and author-only accounts do not use a seat, and partners and customers do not use seats.

Studio turns your own material into courses with AI: onboarding, internal products, policies and processes. It comes with every plan: 1 author on the pilot, 3 on Team and 10 on Enterprise.

Yes, by agreement. Tell us how many you need and we will add them to your proposal.

Every plan includes AI credits for drafting in Studio. When they run out, an owner or admin buys a top-up in Studio. Learning goes on either way.

The platform features available today, the available Kapi Courses, Studio, and single sign-on with SAML. Planned features and planned courses are not included.

UK companies pay in pounds sterling and everyone else in US dollars. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which are added where they apply.

Yes. Course production by our team is quoted separately, so you only pay for it if you need it.

Yes. Share them with your auditor as CSV or as a records pack, and audit platforms can read them through the Kapi Works API.
