Privacy notice

This notice explains how we use the details you share on the Kapi Works website, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Kapi Works is provided by KAPILEARN LIMITED, company number 17333142, registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is 4th Floor Office, 205 Regent Street, London, England, W1B 4HB. For anything about your personal information, email support@kapiworks.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your company name, your name, your work email, your message and whether you asked for early access or a demo.

To stop spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks each enquiry. It uses your IP address and signals from your browser. This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. See Cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to discuss a possible pilot with you and to keep a record of that conversation. We email you a receipt when your enquiry arrives. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We use service providers to run this website: Vercel hosts it, Supabase stores enquiries in London, Cloudflare runs the spam check, Amazon Web Services sends our emails from the United States and Google Workspace holds our mailboxes. They handle your details only to provide these services to us. Our sub-processors list has the details.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards UK data protection law recognises: UK adequacy regulations, which cover the European Economic Area and US companies that take part in the UK Extension of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for up to two years after our last contact with you. If it leads to an agreement, we keep it as part of the records of that agreement.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, and object to how we use them. Email support@kapiworks.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, tell us first at support@kapiworks.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we did about it. You can also complain to the Information Commission (ICO).

If your organisation uses Kapi Works

If you use Kapi Works through your employer or another organisation, that organisation decides how your information in Kapi Works is used. Kapi handles it on the organisation's behalf, under an agreement that includes data processing terms. See Pilot terms. For a copy of your information or any other request, ask your organisation first; we help it answer you.

The providers Kapi uses for Kapi Works, and where they process data, are in our sub-processors list.

Please do not send employee records or sensitive company material through the enquiry form.
