How a pilot is agreed

A pilot starts with a written scope for your organisation: the people taking part, the Kapi Courses, the access you need and what the pilot should show.

The price, duration, responsibilities of each party, data handling, and rights to any material you supply are set out in a written agreement before the pilot begins. UK companies pay in pounds sterling and everyone else in US dollars. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which are added where they apply.

A pilot includes the platform features available today and the Kapi Courses named in your agreement. Planned features and planned courses are not included unless your agreement says so.

The standard pilot

The standard pilot is free. It runs for up to three months for up to 20 employees, with up to three Kapi Courses. To continue after the pilot, you move to a Team or Enterprise plan. A pilot ends at the end of its term. It does not become a paid plan unless you sign one. See Pricing.

Your people and your data

Your employees, and Studio users if Studio is part of your agreement, use the accounts and invitations your organisation authorises. Data-processing terms are part of every agreement. For privacy questions, see our privacy notice.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create an agreement, an account or access to any course. We reply by email. You can also write to support@kapiworks.com.

This page is a summary. If it differs from your signed agreement, your agreement applies.
