Who it's for

For parents' associations, charities and hospices, garden centres and shops running a grotto.

What people do

  • Choose one of the times you set, such as 15 minutes for up to 4 children.
  • Say how many children are coming.
  • Check the booking, which holds the places for 10 minutes, then book.
  • Get a QR ticket, and a reminder the day before.
  • Join the waitlist when a time is full. A freed place is offered to the first family waiting.

What you see

  • Every booking, with how many children are coming.
  • The places left and the waitlist for each time.
  • Mark each booking paid when families pay you their own way, by your payment link or on the day.
  • Move or cancel a booking, or message everyone booked.
  • Check families in on the day by scanning their tickets.
