Who it's for

For shops and services with a queue, from late-night shopping to a click and collect counter.

What people do

  • Scan the QR code on your poster and join with a name. An email is optional.
  • See their number and place on a page that updates itself.
  • Say I'm here or Running late, let the next person go first, or leave.
  • Get a sound and a notification when it's their turn, and an email if they gave one.

What you see

  • Call the next person, with Undo for 10 seconds, or call again.
  • Mark a no-show or served, and add walk-ins.
  • Up to three lines, with opening hours, a cap and a pause.
  • A screen for a TV with the latest call and how many are waiting.
  • A QR poster to print, in A4 or A5.
